Ive had my QM installed for a few hundred miles now, I feel the pedal is a lot heavier than it should be. It reminds me of a 2600lb plate.

From what ive read, the clutch engagement should be a lot like stock, I expect a little heavier.

Has anyone ran into this problem in the past? Searching has yield me no information on this end.

Is your clutch adjusted right? You might be experiencing clutch pump up which can (and will) eventually destroy your clutch.

Shorten the rod in the pedal all the way, and then slowly bring it all the way out until you can't push the slave in, and then turn it back a turn or so until you can push it in again.
