Was going to buy a precision 50 trim from a local seller, thinking it was internally gated. He wasn't sure but by the pictures it seems to externally gated with the internal gate completely removed? I don't know much about external gates but it seemed like most people welded them shut so im not sure why its removed?

Anyways, I have a b16g right now, is it possible to use the internal gate off that 16g for the 50 trim? If so how would I go about doing that?

Just don't want to put the money into an external gate, and don't want to buy the turbo unless I can make it work!

Thanks for any help!
