internal wastegate on a 16g

I am pretty new to the whole turbo scene, so here is my question i am looking at getting a 16g turbo, and from what i have researched these are internally wastegated. Now can i run a boost controller with an internally wastegated turbo? And would it be possible to run lower then the stock boost of the 16g with a boost controller??

Yes you can run a boost controller on an internal wastegate. you connect it beween some vacumme source (intake manifold or vacumme line between the bov and intake manifold). you cant lower it less then like 10psi or somewhere around that. the wastegate wont allow anything less then that...
