Problems!

Ok so i picked up this 90 tsi today. Stock motor, 20g, stock injectors, fpr, boost gauge, wideband, supposedly has a 255 however i haven't had time to check. I think the injectors are bad and it has some serious fuel cut. The car will go into a limp mode occasionaly when not in boost, sometimes it stays like that until you rev it to a higher rpm. Im working on getting ecmlink and injectors to stop the fuel cut (if thats what it is) i just need advice on whether or not this sounds like fuel cut or another issue. The starter is also out i believe. Thanks for your time and input!
