Okay, as many of you know, Ive posted before about my problems and lack of knowledge (bogging in lower rpms, black smoke, untuned afc, idles high and inconsistent) Well I recently went up and took some pics, but I dont know if you will find them helpful or not. Anyway, I do have plans for the car. Im looking at upgrading to the Evo III 16g, 650cc injectors (if i keep the afc) or 750cc (if i get dsmlink), fp or back to stock exhaust manifold, AEM wideband, aeromotive fpr, and walbhro 255. Probably forgetting things, but like I said before, this is a DD for now and I am looking to get around 350hp. Throw in your suggestions! I need all the help I can get!

He did tell me what size they were...1000cc but I know they arent .

I got an apexi safc w/1000cc injectors....doesnt play out right. Its untuned cause it got reset (you probably already know) and it doesnt support more than 650cc.

Yes you are correct. Do you have any shops that tune near you if you cant do it yourself? Honestly at this point I would revert your car back to as stock as you can get it . So many bad things.

DSMGraveyard is two hours away from where I live. Thats about all I know unless theres some local store I dont know about or person.

Indiana Car Performance Shops


Not sure how close you are to any of these but heres a small list of some around Indiana.

Alot of those are mustang/hotrod shops. Some truck. The closest one was an hour away but that said mustangs only. Does dsmgraveyard tune?

Get the whole kit or just the upper? Not up with the lingo so not sure everything its saying. I understand BLOW THRU one but im not sure what blow off i have on the car as of right now so as far as the flange goes i wouldnt know what to get or even a clue how to install the thing as of right now. I have a lot more reading to do.

And there is one in Chicago i think. Thats two hours from South Bend.

Yeah I heard about one in Chicago and Toledo. Fort Wayne also has a DSM club I believe. You should look into that.

If you're going to go all the way to Toledo I would go a little farther and have Buschur Racing tune your car. If i was you though I would sell the Apex'i and swap it out for ECMLink. Since it sounds like your going to be going with a 16g setup all you will need is the lite version. ECMTuning, Inc. ECMLink is really easy to get a base tune with and there are alot of people on here that will help you with tuning it yourself.

With an Apex'i they will charge you $200, with a standalone such as ECMLink they will charge $300, but honestly if you get ECMLink, which I think you should, you will be able to easily tune it yourself with the help of some of us on here.

Well I drive a 2010 civic, but its not mine. Its my dads and idk how much longer I get to drive it since my sister will be coming back from college. So basically, once I cant drive the civic anymore yes the eclipse is my only car.
