Problems - Idle Surge, Evap Code, Gauge Cluster Issues

Hallo everyone well I have a couple of problems that I need advice on how to fix them. Well let me start out on the main one that I have in the morning when I turn on the car the rpms jump at to like 2000 rpm and stay there as time goes by the rpms fall to 750rpm normal why is this? When I put in the clutch step on the gas the rpms fall and make it stall only in morning? The car has done this since I had have it almost a year know. The rpms jump a tiny bit at idle move about a centimeter always when I’m at a complete stop. Have done many boost test leak and no leak. Next I have a hole in my muffler and another right about 3 inches to the pipe going to get that fix Monday lift the exhaust ### it set up drift style will this effect emission? I have a po455 code big evap leak and can’t find it not gas cap I took out the whole gas tanks and checked the evap canister it all good. Can’t find leak? Another problem is that someday only the rpm and speedometer jump like crazy but it’s when I’m slowing down. Both jumps up like to 7 rpm and speedometer goes 0-60 I’m slowing down when it’s doing this when I get to a stop its back to normal. The srs light goes on at this same time when rpm jump high the car doesn’t have sound it just say on the board but the car is at normal rpms? When im driving sometimes I hear a beep beep beep beep beep and stop till I take off ### engine noise can’t hear it any more sounds like its coming from the back of car.

Problem number 1 and 2 are probably related to a bad ISC.
Problem number 3 check the evap solenoid not the gas tank or the canister.
Problem 4 check the speedo cable that goes to the tranny.
About the SRS light going on and off and the beeping sounds I don't know can you be more specific?

The beeping sound well I'm tell you a story one day I was driving to work 30 minutes away and I say my oil level down to almost noting I pulled over check no leaked at all then saw that the sensor cable was broke almost off. Then check engine for a moment and I hear beeping next to the throttle body beep beep beep didn't stop at all I have sound system and I drove the car no music and every time I stopped it just beeps but I don't know some days I hear in from the back of my car and it's not just me when I have my boys over they can hear it too.
