Hello,

Just was wondering if anyone on the forum is running any of the Next gen precision turbos and if they are actually putting out the results that precision claims. I know that Kenny Kline runs a NG 6466 in a small t4 .84 twinscroll housing on his 2.3 auto with some pretty amazing results and can even get on the converter without nitrous but some cars/tuners are just freaks LOL

They seem legit. The Supra guys say they spool like the smaller gen 2 variant and flow like the gen 2 next size up. So a 6266 NG would spool like a gen2 6062 and make gen2 6466 power. I know it’s a totally different platform LOL, just saying they seem promising, I can’t help but think their 80lb per/min claim out of the 5662 is a little generous tho that’s insane LOL

The new fp/xona turbos are lights out. They have compressors and turbines designed to run at specific boost levels.
I have looked at those too, I think I’m between those two brands as far as the next setup I want to lean towards, am just a little iffy because I don’t want to change the whole setup and not be able to get on the converter, but think I’m done with how much I’m missing out on with the bolt on stuff. If I could trap 140s on a turbo that I don’t need nitrous to get on the converter, I’d be a happy camper.
