Got my punishment racing o2 housing and was concerned about the ammount of gasket overlap. Is this too much overlap or flange showing?

Huh, never seen one of those before. Can you port the BEP housing to match the PR o2 housing?

I can port the o2 housing easily, that is actually what I suspect to be wrong. I just hate to with it being brand new.

Edit:
Because of where the overlap is, i may not be able to port the gasket. I may just have to send it back.

Just port it out and make a smooth transition and stay away from the weld spots, no need to take the whole flange down, punishment racing didn't work together with bep to make this o2 housing so there is going to be differences. Also the bep wastgate flange hole is different shape than your normal Dsm turbo o2 flange hole.
