The problem is im running a Buschur t3 57trim turbo with a 5 bolt flange on it and the only 5 bolt flanges u can buy are not the right ones. I tried bolting it up like some suggested without the gasket and its leaking so i do need the the gasket. Anyone ever seen this type of flange before and or know where i can get a correct size gasket for it?

I don't know about a gasket, but i'm thinking this place might have them

Jgstools.com

look in their turbo section

Other than that i would just drill and tap a hole where the one bolt don't line up and spray it with copper or use some orage high temp RTV on it.

+1 i have never seen the 02 befor, i do have a 5 bolt o2 hosuing new never used and a never used gasket pm me if intrested.

or you can always make your own gasket with gasket maker.

id rather not have to use RTV, there has to be a correct gasket somewhere for it
