Use a die grinder and make the hole bigger.

i did that, and you need to be real careful, cause the gasket will get really thin. rnr dont give a squat once you pays your money. also, you'd best check the bolt pattern BEFORE you install it, too. mine didnt line up, i had the pipe on and off 3 times, finally i got a used turbine housing, and then i could see why. i had to hog out 2 holes. then it hit the transfer case. i had the eliminator downpipe.

You probly dont even really need to open up the gaskets. That gasket is probly the same size as the outlet on the turbo. So it really doesnt need to be any bigger to seal and wont be blocking exhaust flow.

the turbo is an evo big 16g if that makes a dif

yes it does. get the correct gasket, it will fit better. on my pipe, the flange that rnr uses does not match up to the wastegate/turbine outlet, either.

i just cheacked and it bolted up to a 14b i have laying around fit perfact so i dont know

rnr should've sent you a gasket that would fit, but that goes to show the high quality parts they sell :notgood: i got my FMIC kit from them and nothing fit right

even if they sent him a gasket, good chance it wouldnt fit. You cant expect a gasket with an o2 housing. And its not a big deal to have to get one yourself IMO.

Open up the gasket with a dremel enough to be the same size as the turbo, it doesnt need to match the o2 housing as long as it matches the turbo.

Not to be a prude but vendor bashing is bush league and will give you a nice vacation from tuners :shhh: I ordered my exhaust from them and loved it, so play nice :thumb:
