OK this is what i have done so far!!( i just got done using the die grinder.. I'm still going to dermal using a sanding drum and use some mothers mag polish) i need some help on how to make this even better..

The inlet looks to be about 80% finished, more materials need to be removed between 7 to 11 o'clock so the wastegate entrance can be exposed more by at least 50%, polishing all surfaces goes without saying. The wastegate exit also needs a lot more work, like this article.

Will you be port matching the exhaust manifold, O2 housing and both gaskets? I strongly suggest doing so. Good work so far. :thumb:
 
:confused: when you say remove more between 7 to 11 which photo are you looking at?
 
Man, I'll tell you what. You have to be motivated to want to take on an EVO turbine housing with a Dremel. I port anywhere from 15-20 housings a week with a 11 amp grinder that turns 15,000rpm you hold over your shoulder and the material the EVO TH is made of is no joke!

Here is a picture of where I would remove more material, just for better boost control sake, if your not having a problem with boost control I would leave this step out.

Another trick is to spray paint the flapper door while it is shut then when it dries you have a good pattern for exactly how far you can go, just make sure you leave enough seat for the door to seal properly, at least 1/16"-1/8".
 
The last picture posted i was using a dermal with a sand drum to get rid of some deeper scratches. I did use a die grinder!
