Ok I just want to make sure that im not messing up before I port my 14b turbo and my o2 housing. so what i want to do is clamp my STOCK gasket down to it and port away right? Thanks

So the gaskets are actually "bigger" than the Turbo Inlet and Outlet? I upgraded to an EVO O2 housing... so I would guess in that case even more porting is needed.

Yes the gaskets are larger. The turbine inlet has a "step" for the alignment ring which also needs to be removed thru porting.

The objective is to "bell port" the inlet outlet to the mating hole of the Exhaust manifold / O2 housing in order to minimize turbulance and maximize flow.

Be sure to also port the inlet of the wastegate passage, exposing as much of the WH passage as possible when looking down the turbine inlet. This will increase flow thru the W/G helping to control boost creep should you add a 3" downpipe/exhaust :dsm:
