Hey everyone i need some help figuring out why my car will not start or even spark for that matter. I have fuel and the car will crank for days, but i am not getting spark. The cel light does not come on either when i turn the key. But i am unsure if that is because of the AEM EMS unit that i am using. Please help it has been two years since i have driven this car.

Little background on the car
97 Eclipse GSX
6 bolt swap fully built motor.
JNZ tuning cas harness.
I have fuel, car cranks, no spark, no cel comes on
Car is on AEM EMS, i do not have the stock computer.

What i have tried:
new/ more grounds
new starter
new battery
new engine harness out of a running GST

All fuses are good
Different transistor

Anyone who helps me figure it out i will paypal them $10.00

Sure is. CEL functionality is gone with the EMS unless you program it in for specific fault conditions.

You need to datalog.

Might be easier to find a local who would let you swap ECUs and then pull the codes it throws.

Why can't you connect to the EMS? You might be able to find the problem pretty quick if you could log an attempt to start it.

My money is on the CAS or it's wiring, but I'm not knowledgeable on how the EMS handles fuel/spark triggers.
