performance v-belts?

So I'm replacing all the belts in my 2g gst and I plan on getting gates racing timing & balancing belts.

As for the v-belts, is it really beneficial at all to use gates racing for those, or am I just as good sticking with oem v-belts?

Heres a thread I, as well as many others have posted in discussing this already read through it and then decide... Theres a lot of opinions about running a kevlar timing belt whether it be from Gates, HKS, or Greddy.

That really helped. I'll stick with OEM v-belts and use the kevlar for the timing belt only.

OEM is fine for the v belts. I've had most every kind and it makes little diff.

Lol nobody even said timing belts, use OEM or a Gatorback belt(Auto Zone).
