2G Omni 4 bar MAP sensor test?

Does anyone know the voltage I should be getting from the signal wire of a omni bar with car off and key on. Im trying to track down an odd electrical issue

Approximately 1.16V, if it's a 4 bar sensor.

well shit, i guess this only confuses things further. it reads .98 with the key on, it gains and subtracts voltage when i blow into or vacuum air out of it. but in link the value is hovering around plus 19 when i get it running by pedaling the throttle, and its dumping fuel.......i'm real lost now

You do have it wired to a 5V reference, not 12v, right?
