Oil pump timing

i have a 1997 eclipse gst i was double checking all the timing and crank and camshaft are in time the only thing is the oil pump? i saw that the sprocket it broken but i also a circle but most of the videos i’ve seen on timing is a arrow and not a circle like mine would it be possible if the arrow broke off or is the circle mark the actual timing mark?

The blue circled dot on oil pump sprocket is the timing mark for you. The early oil pump sprocket comes with an arrow, and the late sprocket comes with a dot.
So in the pic, it's off, but keep in mind that all timing marks (cams/crank/oil pump sprocket/balance shaft sprocket) would be lined up only once for 6 crank rotations. And if you have eliminated the balance shaft, you don't need to care about that timing mark blue circled anymore. That timing mark is for the left (rear) balance shaft.
