Oil Lifter Noise After No Oil Pressuere And Drain Plug

so i lsot my oil drain plug saturday night, but before i left the shop my cousin changed my alternator, and off course knocked the blue wire thats the oil switch, and then off course no oil pressure, until the car wouldnt go anymore, then i realized no oil pressure so off course i turned it off, so now we put it on the lift and reattached the wire with my uncle, but its making a bad noise frmo the head, which there saying lifter noise,im pissed off since we spent 6 hours all day saturday on the ####ign m3 putting the mono wiper and he did a shitty ass quick job changing my alternator on my 1.8, sure its a 1.8 but since november its taken me 14k miles without much problems except a starter, and alternator, the cars been running for a half hour now, they said it should go away but im pissed, hopefully the noise goes away, buy im trading the 90 gst for a 94 3000gt so i guess that will be my new daily driver, technically my uncle said i should thank my cousin since he knocked out the wire so i noticed the oil pressure on low, and that i didnt keep driving with no oil drain plug, which idk how the #### i lost that, hopefully when i get the 3000gt this week ill keep the 1.8 here for a bit and hunt for a 12 valve sohc head and get new oil lifters and get it together so it can be my backup car####ing alternator had to be on top of the oil switch and wire
