i just got a new oil pressure mechanical guage and i was wondering where do i connect the end to the motor so i get a pressure reading and not to have the oil go into the line?

i need a place where there is a plug that dose not have oil go through it but will read the correct pressure.

i think i will have to find a different gauge with a electrical sensor.

In order to have a mechanical oil pressure guage you have to route it into the cabin. Thats why everyone preferes the electronic which is what 90 percent of them are. They can be had for about 50 bucks.
