I have an oil leak from some where, not completly positive maybe from the connection of my tranny to my block, or my oil pan to my block or my head to my block, havn't got around to fixing it, anyways i was wondering if running a NX wet 50 would blow my engine apart? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I would not be putting nitrous onto an engine that is suffering from any type of mechanical problems. Nitrous creates a lot of cylinder pressure and doing that on a motor when it may have a problem but your not even sure what it is, is a recepie for disaster.

Fix your problem first, install nitrous second.

any suggestions of what it might be, have u guys had any problem with oil? a leak u can't really fix? Where was it, i'v tryed replacing anolte of seals and gaskets and shit but nothing seems to work. its really starting to annoy me.

We can't help you, unless you know exactly where it's coming from for starters. Pending the miles, you may need a new hg.....but find WHERE it's coming from first.

It's kinda dificult the whole damn bottom has oil on it, i mean its not like extrem but i can't tell where its comes from, theres oil around all the seals.

I have yet to see a DSM that doesn't leak oil from somewhere.

Definitely, both of my DSMs has. It's just one of those things. Maybe that's what you see. Now, if you have a big ass puddle underneath your car......then that's a completely different story.

no, its like maybe 2 drips a night, i don't even notice a diffrence on my dipstick from oil change to oil change (I change oil every 3000 miles). so is it a big deal or does this happen to alote on you, will i be ok or should i still try to get it fixed? Oh and on a diffrent topick which NX N2O setup should i get, i'v got a GS, i want to run a 50 wet shot, with the shart nozel, and a pretty big bottle, (how many times can i hit a 50 with a 15lb bottle?) thanks for help.

If its an obvious leak you can trace of course fix it; But I really don't think I am going out on a limb saying, most if not all DSMs leak a small amount of oil.

found where its coming from, well most likly, is appears to be coming from the head gasket, corner nearest the drivers seat. possibly could be the oil gauge just 3 or four inchs below that. any ways, i'm really thinking its the head, so yeah thats a need to fix for nitruos? that seems like a shit ton of work to remove the head, is it? help would be greatly appericated!!

I can tell you at 30PSI I cannot get a head gasket or head that has not leaked a bit of oil at some point. Mine has a drip to it right now, and its running fine.

Its a weird oil leak, i bearly get 2 or more drips a night, and never even notice a diffrence on my dip stick, but when i jack the car up and look, there is oil everywhere! its rediculouse u'd think i was losing a quart a day. any reason as to why this is this way, i know a little leak wouldn't hurt to bad, but holly shit this is some ugly shit, u say u have a small leak, does it make the bottom of your engine look like crap? i'd love help!

Like I said befor its always best to try and fix the leak. But if you are not losing enough oil to show on the dipstirck it not substantial. Also make sure its motor oil and not another fluid leaking.

i'm 100% positive its motor oil, i'v even had a train macanic check it, it motor oil, but anywasy, so this small of a leak on my head gasket wont be problem when i run nitous?
