I finished installing my HX40 today and started up my car to test pressure going to turbo from OFH noticed my oil drain has a LARGE leak in it leaving a puddle on the groud with... AIR BUBBLES!!!! i turned the car off and pulled dip stick.. bubbles in pan as well...
Before all this i had a garrett 50 trim on a janky manifold and different oil drain....and never seen bubbles....
I swaped oil pans..installed fp manifold.. hx40.. map housing.. and new feed line from OFH
the feed line is the kit you can buy from extreme psi (4an I believe with 1/4" npt)
Installed the oil pressure gauge between oil feed line and that 1/4" npt that comes with the kit..
car still has balance shafts .. cold start(as in sitting for over a month COLD) I was seeing 30psi oil pressure on 20w50 VR1 oil..
also put in new radiator and swaped to speed density ( these should have nothing to do with it... but putting out information of everything i did)
I thought maybe the turbo isnt getting enough oil and its causing the bubbles in the turbo itself ...
Any ideas or help with this matter ... PLEASE!!!!
