When I turn the car on it stalls and dies. If I feather the gas it will stay alive but as soon as I let off it dies. Would the O2 sensor being bad cause this to happen? I captured two logs from Link and it seems like the FrontO2 stays steady at .4v meaning it isn't cycling. Any suggestions?

The front o2 sensor should cycle from .05 to .95 (those are the very extremes, and doesn't always go out that far). If it's not cycling, even after warming up, then it'll cause erratic idle and sometimes stalling. And not cycling would mean that it is dead.

X2 on the 02 sensor being dead if its not cycling. On the other hand a dead 02 sensor probably isnt your problem. I ran my car at the track with the 02 removed and plugged so the leaded gas I was using wouldnt kill it. Without the 02 the car will run in open loop the entire time. It will probably get horrible gas mileage but it will run none the less
