o2 dump or external wastegate?

i am trying to decide whether to get an 02 with dump tube or get an external wastegate. what do guys perfer and use. which is better?

Unless your running an aftermarket turbo with an exterinal wastegate then get an O2 with a dump tube.
Stock turbos are internally gated.

Since your stock i would reccomend getting the basics stuff done first, about choosing between an o2 dump and an external wastegate,if your on a budget get an o2 dump but if you just dont care get an external wastegate.
