No FM stations

The fiance's spyder is only picking up AM radio stations but absolutely no FM stations. The AM stations are coming in perfect as well. I checked both ends of the antenna wire to make sure it was connected. When I unplug the antenna I lose all AM stations and when I plug it back in the AM stations come back, so I think the Antenna is connected and working fine. Does this mean that the head unit is faulty?

Her antenna is also stuck up but the motor runs every time the car is turned on and off. I found a thread already about the teeth on the gear being stripped, I should be able to take care of that. Thanks

Might have to get a new radio. The A/B switch that you switch for FM or AM went "kapooie". Soft touch buttons are flaky in itself.

Do you have another radio to test out?

We don't have another radio to try in it, but I did just order a replacement one so we will see how that goes.
