new to dsms have a few evo3 g16 questions

hi eveyone have a few questions about the 1g talon I am getting.
ok the car has a built 6bolt motor,head studs,stock cams,fmic,evo3 16g turbo,exhaust,act clutch,etc
my question is he didnt have time or money to finish everything like fuelpump,injectors,getting it tunned so I know I need a fuelpump but what size injectors would be good?what else would I need to get for it?would this setup get me into the high 11s?and if not what would get me there.and should I do cams?the head is done with good springs,retainers etc
