I finished tuning thecar on dsmap a few weeks ago.Everything was good till today.I was driving the car for about an hour. Then it hesitated when i hit the gas.I backed out and drove a few blocks then gassed it again it was fine.few blocks later it did the same thing.the car is not tripping any codes.I hooked up the logger and every time is hesitated the afr would lean out.I checked the fuel pressure is good when i tested it in the drive way.I am thinking the fuel pressure regulator is going bad or fuel pump?Anyone got any ideas?I dont feel like draining the tank (filled up yesterday) to put another fuel pump.

I'm not sure how much your "gassing" it but sometimes our little 65 amp alternators won't supply the voltage the fuel pump needs to get enough fuel to the motor. If your alternators going bad this for sure could be the cause of your lean condition, can you log voltage with dsmap? If you know the alternators good to go I'd just go through the motions and do a BLT as well.

I put a new saturn alt in 3 weeks ago.Voltage does not go below 14v.Blt?

Well its def. NOT your alternator if your running the Saturn one. BLT = boost leak test.

I boost leak checked earlier. But its problem happens on or off boost.
I was getting a lean spike on the dyno because of my crap spark plugs, pull them and check the gap and condition. It takes 10 minutes to do and could be your problem.

Pulled the spark plugs they are white.ohmed the wires they are all good.Started the car in the dark couldn't see any arches.Ran my hands on the wires and no zap.I thinking fuel problem cause if are easy on the gas nothing happens.maybe my injectors are going (95% duty cycle).Just want to fix the problem before the mail man shows up with my 750cc. Drove the car agin and it seems to happen after a drive it for 10mins.
