new brakes for car, should i upgrade?

I have a 94 talon with almost 165,000 miles on it. The rotors on the front are warped for sure, back ones are possible. I also know that one of the back rotors is messed up. I've decided to splurge and do all four brakes. I've got pads with only one year use on them, so they should be good, so i want to do rotors and possibly calipers all the way around, and was considering upgrading the brake lines, maybe. I was going to go with OEM parts, but just wanted input on a possible upgrade, since I'd rather have great brakes as apposed to good brakes. I cannot afford a big brake kit, i've already looked into that, so aside from that, should i just go with an OEM setup, or can I upgrade a bit? Is there any difference in turbo or awd brakes as apposed to n/t fwd ones, and if so can they be swapped for relatively the same price and ease?

AWD front brakes are dual piston calipers and the rotor is slightly bigger as well. they will bolt on as long as you have the brackets as well. check the vfaq.

So the awd brakes are a direct bolton to the n/t as long as you have all the mounting brackets? Can those be purchased new or need to be scavenged off a junk awd? what about back brakes, are they the same or different too on an awd?
