Need help on swap REVISED

Hey guys so I recently made a thread that I needed some help on my swap that I am doing, but I guess I wasn't clear enough.

So I have a 98 spyder gs with manual trans and I just got a 97 spyder gst with auto trans.

What I want to accomplish in the end is to have my spyder gs with the 4g63t and the manual transmission of my spyder gs.

And I want my spyder gst to have the 4g64 with the auto trans of the spyder gst.

I did some research and the auto trans bolts onto the 4g64 and the 4g63 also works with the manual trans of the spyder gs.

Now here is where I need help. I don't know how to go about wiring.
I understand I can use the auto harness with my spyder gs and 4g63 swap by bypassing the park and neutral connector and also rewiring the reverse lights but then how would I use the manual harness to work in the gst with the 4g64 and auto trans and make the tcu, parking, neutral and reverse lights to work again?


Would I just be better off using the manual spyder gs harness with the 4g63 and the auto spyder gst harness with the 4g64? And if it's easier this way how do I add the knock sensor connector to the spyder gs manual harness? And is their any other connectors the manual spyder gs harness is missing that a MANUAL spyder gst harness would have?

I hope I don't confuse anyone with all the spyder gs this and spyder gst that and manual this and auto that. Lol

Im confused, You want to make your GST manual using the GS 5 speed?

I want to make my manual spyder gs non turbo a gst but use the harness that's meant for the 4g64 on it and I want to do the opposite on my automatic spyder gst.

I'm currently working on this and the gst harness has a few different plugins then the gs. Do I just cut the cords off the gs harness and put them on the gst harness?
