Need some help on my swap

How's it going everyone?

So I made a thread about my new automatic transmission spyder gst.
In that thread I mentioned I wanted to swap the 4g63 into my manual transmission spyder gs.
I'm a little confused how the wiring will work though. Will I continue using the harness from my spyder gs on the 4g63 engine or do I have to use the one that was in the gst with the auto transmission? I will also like to add that the 4g64 will be put into the gst so I can sell it as a running car. So I have the same question for the wire harness that will work with the 4g64 in the gst shell with an auto transmission.

Sorry for not answering your question but have you thought about converting the Gst into awd and leaviing the auto trans?

Hey Clipto. I've actually read that thread before a million times. I've tried doing my research before making a thread here. Unfortunately that thread didn't answer my question. I know how to do the swap but what is confusing in my situation is that the gst donor car is an automatic and my spyder gs is a manual. So I'm very confused how the wiring will work since the auto has overdrive and all these other bells and whistles. I don't know if I should use the harness in my gs with the 4g63 but I know the 4g63 has a knock sensor and the gs harness doesn't. I'm confused
