NEED HELP can my CAS be 180 out of alignment

Guys we bin trying to get my car started we have but it still seems like the timeing is off a bit, but how would you check to see if the CAS is aligned right?

Open up your cas (intake cam opposite of the timing belt side), 3 10mm bolts holding it on, take a 12mm socket and take out the bolt that attaches it to the cam. Flip the cas 180 degrees and put the bolt back in. Replace the cover and start.
