N/T Throttle body Problem

I have a 92 Talon N/T I need someone with one of these cars to and Look at there throttle body and tell me how many Vacuum ports they have.
I have one here with 3 Like a turbo motor and no vacuum out of any ports If someone can bail me out the help would be appreciated. There is Vacuum out of the P port only after you Throttle up, Just trying to figure out why
this car is not running right Someone else put a Diffrent engine in this car

Was RTV used to put the throttle body onto the intake manifold. The RTV flattens and likes to black the ports on the throttle body.

Mine is a 93, and I have 3 ports on my throttle body... in a line. p1, p2, and p3.
