will the n/t rods and pistons hold up to stock 14b setup?

now i am ok with a 6 bolt n/t and n/t pistons with a 14b with 10psi?

i only have 90k miles on the car

It has been said that if tuned properly, you should get by with n/t pistons up to 9psi. You do understand why they are not ideal though as has been explained?

how do i tune it?

and put in the knock sen?

I assume you'll be switching to a 1g Turbo ECU? If so, find yourself an EPROM one and order ECMlink.

Or if you want a cheaper option you can get on the Yahoo! DSM-ECU group and learn how to do EPROM editing. That could potentially do just as many things as ECMlink.

well when i get the 1g turbo ecu i need the FWD or does it matter if it was a AWD one?

Nope.

Autos are different because of the smaller injectors and higher base fuel pressure they run. But if you burn your own chips you can fix this.
