Here's how I'll start it off I've done the timing belt and the notches didn't quite line up when I released the tensioner but I read it's more important for the dimples to be @ 12 o clock (I thought) I've done this pretty much right at that point. My motor has it's balance shafts removed so no worries about that.

The engine turns on but cylinder 3 and 4 don't work right at all like there is no air getting in there. I've done all this (please read this so you don't ask me to try something I've already done) I've replaced the ECU, the injector clips since they were cracked with new RC ENG clips, injectors were swapped with 1 and 2 and they work fine, coil packs were replace and swapped with companion cylinders to make sure they are in working.

Over all the entire motor seems to be running rich 1-2 fire at full strength while 3-4 are barely getting any air. The plugs are soaked in fuel each time. I'm ready to go back and pull off my head and redo the timing.

You don't have to pull the head to redo timing. How exactly are you determining that certain cylinder is "getting less air"? Just because your plugs are soaked in fuel? If so, logic says there's something wrong with your spark system.

I don't know if this will help, but I made this article to help those to verify timing. Don't worry about the 12o'clock position, you need all 4 notches on the cam gears need to be in line after tensioning. In the article, you know you're good when you count 39 teeth.

What is the state of the head an block, reason you are doing the timing belt? Is this the head an block that were running in the car prier to just the timing belt job?

Next thing if it was an ignition/fuel problem would show issues to cyl. 1&4 or 2&3.

If your marks on the timing belt are not lined up, then the timing is off. Sounds like it is mostlikly only a tooth. Which should not do any damage cranking/idleing.

There is nothing wrong with my spark I swapped companion cylinders around that means I reversed the plugs and 1-2 worked and the other two remained the same :

''coil packs were replace and swapped with companion cylinders to make sure they are in working order. ''

This engine has 200k on it and I received the car not running I replaced the head & every timing component because it had a chipped exhaust valve on #4 but no damage was apparent on the piston.

Here is exhaust port #3 wet with fuel.

Found the problem car has little to no compression on those cylinders, which explains everything.

- Like there is little to no air.

I don't mean to jack your thread but I'm having an issue as well. We did a 6 bolt swap and when we start the car it back fires at idle. It even sounds like it comes throught the intake too (back fire). We have adjustable cam gears and we found the timing was off a tooth so we adjusted the gears to correct it till we can get to my friends shop. We don't hear any noise when it runs just backfires.
