i want to just run the altenator belt and eliminate ps and ac so i can get more hp.. the ebay pulley i got is so much light then the stock one...

I would say the top plug goes to either the coilpack or VSS and the bottom goes to the IAT. I can't say for sure without being there, though. Most of the plugs should be discretely indexed -- that is to say you shouldn't be able to install the TPS plug into the VSS sensor.

ok i got the belts and all the sensors are on (except that one).. just have to lube the cams, seal the valvecover and add oil, coolant and turn the key. so tomorrow is the start up date.
i will keep everyone posted and i will have video up shortly!

i need some help. we got the car together and plug the battery in. we primed the motor so it would get fuel. we then plugged the coil and tried to start it. it cranked but there was no spark at all. we even pulled one of the spark plug wires and cranked it. no spark. i dont know what it could be.

nope map sensor is on.. it just so weird that i have no power to the coil.. and no spark to start the motor..

the coil pack connection is the same as the one that goes on the trans, i just swapped them and she fired up but wouldnt stay on.. i think i need new spark plugs because we used the old non gapped ones..

thanks man, i just have to figure out why she wont stay on.. i fire her up and she idels between 500 and 2k rpms then i give her some gas and it dies... i dont know yet. im hoping its just these bad spark pulgs..

hey guys sorry im off topic but i need help asap. I have a 97 eclipse gs 420a and I need to install new shifter cables. Can anyone tell me how to go about doing this? I have the cables at home already, just need some help taking old ones out and putting the new ones in...If anyone has pictures that would help too.. THANKS!

Post a new thread first and you will get more help, but you just have to take your center console out and un hook you cables from both sides ( trans and shifter) pull them through the firewall and install your new ones, its not to difficult.

wiseco pistons were 440 shipped. eagle rods were 320 shipped. i went .40 over....
