Mine old 420A was bored out 30 over.... I never had any overheating issues, but yeah the aluminum radiator will keep it cooler... whats your compression ratio?

Hmmm... you can always change the stock radiator later on, I would just use the stock one for now and use some of that royal purple cooler stuff... if it over heats then yeah go with the aluminum radiator and some more royal purple cooler... you should check and see if mishimoto makes radiator for you. I paid like $200 for mine. I'm pretty sure they make them for both 1g and 2g turbo models, but i dunno about the NA models.

Hey guys thanks alot for the support, just cant wait to driving my built 420a...
i will be getting the motor back this wednesday so hope fully my buddy and i can get the motor in by this weekend..

Cleaning them up.. we used the torch at first but it just got on fire so we used a dremel and a reciprecating saw..
