The bottom end should be the same between the neon and the eclipse 420A. I'm not 100% on the top end, tho... there may be minor differences... but I'd think that it'd be useable.

Go over to a site like RockAuto.com and look up some random parts; like the head gasket, maybe rod bearings and such for both the Neon and the Eclipse. See if the part numbers match up. If then do, then I'd say you'd be alright.

EDIT: If your car is a 4g63 like your avatar says, then no.. they are completely different.

To the OP, the bottom end kit should be fine. Our heads are the reverse from the neons though, so I personally wouldn't chance it. I'm fairly certain the lifters and rockers will work, but the cams diffidently wont

Like Fotowntalon said, the bottom end kit should work just fine. Everything from the top end kit should work too except for the camshafts and the intake manifold gaskets. The upper intake manifold gasket just won't fit. The lower intake manifold gasket has some extra material for a coolant passage our intake manifolds don't have, but it can still work.

This is the same guy that posted on that clutch question. He says he sold his spider and got a gs... or rs regardless he needs to update his info and/or state what model he has in his post to cut down on confusion.

EDIT: @OP: Also I thought there was something different with the head gasket too but I cant remember for sure. If you are going turbo why not build for boost rather than just rebuilding.

Didnt even notice he said he had a GST, so i apologize for lashing out at supreme DSM, i assumed he had a 420a by the '420a' in the title and in the 420a section.
