I did a Boost Leak test over the weekend and have big leaks. I fixed the BOV where it was leaking and the turbo outlet LICP where the two bolts are. Those were pretty big leaks, but my biggest leak is wierd because at the throttle body area i sprayed soapy water and can hear a lot of air but cant see exactly where its coming from. However, theres that tight big spring there that the cable attaches to that revs up the engine. When keep it closed but shimmy the spring the air leak gets a lot worse. Is there a seal under that spring or something? Its not the throttle body seals or my blocked EGR. I cant figure this out. Should i just buy a whole new throttle body or is there a seal in there somewhere? Thanks for any help on this.

There is a seal in the throttle body shaft around that area you are describing. This does go bad often and could be your problem. If your tb was removed recently make sure boths mating sides are sealed properly. I always add a dab of RTV for extra protection. But it sounds like its the seal on your tb shaft. Dont buy a new throttle body, just order the seal from the dealer and replace it.
