Been a couple weeks almost since I had a good update. Not working on it has been killing me so I have been going out in the garage and doing what I can until I can't feel my fingers anymore, then I take a break and warm up and go at it again.
Heres whats happened lately.
I installed a new OEM starter plate and my Fidanza aluminum flywheel. The flywheel is held on with new OEM bolts. Fidanza really hooked me up on repairing the flywheel for me. They gave me a great deal and got it looking like new. I would recommend there products for sure.

I had an ACT 2600 laying around from my GS-T that I scrapped. It's been around a longgg time(check out the date on the pressure plate) but only has 3000 miles on it or so and still works great.

Pic of the disc. Plenty of life left on there

Here it is all bolted up. New OEM bolts for the pressure plate as well.

The new turbo is dry, meaning it uses no water to cool it so I bought this little water pipe plug from extremepsi to take care of the hole there.

The throttle body is all rebuilt and ready to go now too. I took it apart and my former boss John Eberly at Metal Masters Fabrication in Bellevue welded up the holes where the vaccume nipples used to be. I then painted it with alumablast and gave Slim a box of parts and the TB body to put back together. He has rebuilt alot of these for people and does a great job. He put in new seals, biss o-ring, biss cap, and the fiav gasket for me. The TPS is put on inverted because that is the only way it fits when using the forrester manifold. Here are some pics of the final product. If you need one rebuilt ask him and maybe he will do yours too
