I recently bought a TSI that was reverted from 20g bigger inj and etc. It has an EPROM ecu from Motoguys garage, however it has been programmed to these specifications, and is now bone stock with the EPROM ecu thinking its still modded. I guess what i am asking is if anyone knows what program or tuning platform can be used to tune my Motoguys Garage EPROM ECU. Pls help

I'd stick an ECMLink in there if you want to do the tuning yourself. You can get a stock chip in there for now you just won't have any control over tuning besides base timing and fuel pressure (if there's an adjustable regulator).

TunerPro can be used to edit the 1G and 2G eproms.

TunerPro and TunerPro RT - Professional Automobile Tuning Software

Check out the DSM-ECU yahoo group for the TunerPro .XDF definition file.

dsm-ecu : DSM-ECU

1G Loggers :
MMCD for Palm
TMO Logger for PC
(Or MMCD in Palm Emulator for PC)
(Or EvoScan, but need to change some RequestIds for 1G, for PC)

For a 1G chip pretuned and features added, check out a DSMChip "Stage 3".

Edit: If you just want a stock chip, you can download it from the DSM-ECU group.

Also you don't have a "Motoguys Garage EPROM ECU", you have a regular 1G Eprom Ecu, that was rebuilt or sold by Motoguys Garage.
