Hello,

I've been having trouble with my 2G and here's what's going on:

I've virtually replaced anything you can think of and done compression and leak down.
I'm still having misfiring issues and I'm hearing some sort of rattling metallic noise underneath the car, especially when reversing/going into neutral and when deceleration. Could this be a bad/clogged catalytic converter or could this be something else.

Thanks :)

What is your definition of a misfire? Give us some symptoms or CEL code.

Please fill out a vehicle profile so we know if this is a 420a or 4g63, and what has been modified.
420A motor basically all stock except hot air intake and headers. Typical misfire, poor performance, bogging/sputtering, shaking engine, fuel smell, etc
