Trying to get my intake manifold off but I have no idea how I am suppose to access the lower bolts... I have tried with everything that I have to get a socket or wrench on there. The design is dumb it has the bolts positioned right under the runners I can barely squeeze my arm under there with a wrench.

Ratchet wrenches have always been my go-to for those bolts. I end up pulling the battery out and going from that side of the engine. The 2 closest bolt to the battery I do sometimes manage to get from squeezing my arm in between the IM and the strut tower. Not idle, but has helped a few times.

Somebody else already pointed out you have marks. Line up the crank then look at cams.

Haven't had time to make any progress at all on the car but just went in this morning to line things up and this is what it is looking like. I rotated the crank several times but it still never lined up correctly in all spots.

Looks like they are trying to line up correctly to me. If you've had the head shaved the missing head thickness will throw the timing marks off a little from perfect & is usually seen while trying to get the crank exact while the cams are aligned & vise versa. Line up the cams, lock them in place and do best as possible with the crank. Should only be off less than a tooth. Also pull the TB tight so all the slack is on the idler pulley side of the belt.
