I've looked everywhere for this part and it's the last part I need to put my motor back in and get my 2G running but every time I order it, the order gets canceled because nobody has it. It's the joint that threads into the block which a banjo fitting from a turbo coolant line threads into (like a bolt with internal threads aswell). I've seen the price range online from $30-$50 so I'm just going to throw $100 out for it because I guess these things are few and far between now. If you've got one lying around or know someone with a donor motor that still has it please let me know and I'd be happy to talk.

We have no stock of these and can no longer get them. I'm afraid you'll have to continue doing what you're doing: offering a premium to anyone who has one and hope you get lucky.

But then trying to configure the kit to get the fitting at the block, it says that one of the components is not available.

It’s 3/8” BSPT male to M14x1.5 female. I’ve not been able to find it from a bulk supplier yet. As I mentioned in post #5, there are options on McMaster-Carr to get halfway there and then modify as needed.

While we’re talking about unobtanium bolts can we get McMaster Carr to produce some M10 X 0.75 bolts for those of us who don’t use the OEM IPS?
I actually looked into blacking bolts. When I rebuild a few TB's i had plans to remake the IPS switch aswell as blanking bolts. I also got rid of my IPS but its still there for oem looks and TB stop
 
A good machine shop could make you an IPS bolt to keep the BSPT threads in the TB.
 
Yeah - I guess I just forgot what a stock 7-Bolt turbo supply looks like. I've been feeding from the 1G Water Pipe for too long. So a 2G water pipe does not have a turbo cooling supply port?
Pipes a return so everything in to or on the pipe is a return to the pump itself.
 
To be clear, the part in the link is NPT where the OEM fitting is BSPT.
darn it, I was searching for BSPT LOL, and it changed it to NPT. I'll look again, because I know I have ordered it before from somewhere. I edited my post above#10 with a fresh link.
 
That one shows BSPP threads. Closer!

For those curious:
BSPP = British Standard Pipe Parallel, a straight thread.
BSPT = British Standard Pipe Taper.
