Limp Mode Issue

Well heres the story. I was driveing the other day home from work and my went into the infamous limp mode. I Scaned the tcm and i got code P0700 and it also says 3 and 4 gear ratios incorrect. I also noticed that when im driveing while in limp mode the car tends to go out of gear and stick in neutral while i have the shifter in drive.

heres a list of things ive tryed to solve my issue
Changed both speed sensors
Checked tcm , Dont appear to be fryed looks clean and dont smell bad
Checked relay on firewall
Checked wireing and fuses
Changed tps
CHange tran oil and screen

i reset after all repairs were made.
and the car still is stuck in limp mode
its throwing the code p0700 tcm mif.
and the 3rd and 4th gear ratio incorrect
i have not a clue what to do now
i have done some reseach and found out that the car going in nuetral while in drive could be because the trans is shot? or is it just doing that because of limp mode?
it really has me stumped

i really dont want to tear in to the trans without knowing if that will fix the problem

Well could be something simple or internal if your getting those codes, they must mean something, maybe time for a tear down, things break, miles on the car? It very well could be shot.

it has 108,xxx miles.
i think im just going to change the tcm and trans and see what happens
