If you didn't bleed the lifters before reinstalling them and running the engine, you very likely have several bent valves.
After they're bled and reinstalled, you can prime them by pulling the MPI fuse and cranking the engine over a few times. Otherwise they will be noisy for a few seconds and there's a bigger chance that a rocker may get kicked off.
