kelford 272s,smim,small 16g now what injectors??

ok so im getting some goodies for my set up on my awd.

currently have.

mhi small 16g turbo
3 in turbo back exhaust
2g maf
rc550 injectors

now for the parts that i will be getting friday all for 350 bucks which i think is a steal

kelford 272 cams (real ones not the hks knockoffs)
AEM cam gears
aftermarket sheet metal intake manifold
tubular o2 housing with a tail wastegate attached
2g ported manifold.

so my question is what kind of injectors will be sufficient for all this extra airflow???i know im a max out the small 16g fairly quick but i wanna let it last till i upgrade to 35r:D
 
yea next check i should be getting ecmlink im grabbing all these parts in a package deal for cheap so i can still get something good to tune on.anyone have any idea on how good those kelford cams work with a smim???
 
Its not a recommended to upgrade your springs with those cams.....it's required! You'll have real big problems if you don't upgrade the springs. There's another $400 you'll have to account for.

What about the drivetrain? What clutch do you have in it?

Has all of the maintance been done? timing belt, tensioner, gaskets, hoses?

I would deffinately get some valve springs and retainers, if you are going to be running the 272's.

Also, A SMIM isn't needed with a 16G. But I understand if you got it because of a good deal.

do you have a FMIC, AFPR, rewired fuel pump and larger fuel pump?
 
They should work really well with an SMIM. It's the combo of the cams and SMIM that won't work well with that turbo.

Do you plan on doing springs when you do the cams? If not, that's something I'd highly consider.

How about a fuel pump and AFPR (assuming you go with something bigger than a 190lph pump)?

yes i plan on getting a walbro 255 pump which is included in that package deal also a fuel pressure regulator.

turbo is just there temporarly till a few weeks when i can get a full out 35r setup.
heads coming with arp head studs and for right now ill be at stock rev limiter which is 7200 to drive the car home outta my freinds garage then it will sit for all the other mods which will be dual valve springs and retainers..will 1000cc injectors be sufficient for a 35r setup???

suspension is stock.im getting some race motor mounts in that box of goodies.the awd tranny shifts good with exception of the second gear when its cold but when hot shifts like butter.timing belt and tensioner has been replaced....car will have a full front mount system when i upgrade to the 35r setup.had a fmic but it was jank so i sold it LOL:p

just saw a buddy parting out his honda so im a grab a turbonetics t3/t4 .63 ball bearing turbo from him and will also be picking up a walbro.so im a scratch 35r out the build.anybody seen any dsms running this turbo with success??
