Hello Forum folks, first post here and have some questions regarding my 89 Mirage Turbo.

I am the original owner and have rebuilt the motor after 275K miles. Upon firing it up my stock turbo froze so off I've been given my motor a full upgrade. 16G EVO III turbo and 02 housing. Full 3" CAT back. 2G exhaust manifold mildly ported. FP intake, 680CC injectors and remapped computer.

Now I'm on to the J-pipe which I cut due to it's interferance with the FP intake. That led me to the BOV which is stock. Should i retain the stock BOV or upgrade? Is there an upgrade path with the J-pipe I should be aware of?

Remember, I have a MIRAGE TURBO 89 vintage so it seems everything I do needs cutting which has been troublesome. I'm looking for an easy way out :D

Sorry for the newb questions.

If my memory serves me right the mirage/colts share the same bov as the 1st gens? If so keep it and i don't understand what the problem with the J pipe is? Can you explain a bit better?
