16g J-pipe question.

I just got my RRE LICP for 16g/14b in today.

Before I was using a 1st gen j-pipe. However my new pipes don't have the nipple on that the manual boost controller goes to? How would I do this?
 
If you are running a mbc, you should of had the nipple on the 14B j-pipe plugged anyway. You should have one hose going to the wastegate actuator, and the other t'd off at the BOV.
 
The pipe did have a nipple so I put the MBC off of that (since it came off the nipple of the 1g j-pipe) Now when I try to rev that car it bogs and won't go past 3,000 rpm
