Ok first it has built head w/ Crower Cams removed balance shafts, and poly motor mounts, its got DNP Header 3in o2 housing, full custom 3in Apexi, no resignators or cat, RS60, FMIC with blow threw 3.5 Maft, 650 Injectors, 10mm plug wires, FPR set at 44PSi at 1000 RPM (Smoothest interior idle i could get) Adj cam gears.

Ok When I first started it it started and died out, so I moved the idle up on the maft tuner and screwed wit the BSS screw, got it idleing and the timing was off, moved the cam angle sensor to the most to fix it timing at 10 and fluctuating to 10-15 rapidly back and forth. So I moved the exhaust cam 2 notches counter clockwise, and the intake 1 notch clock wise, now the car idles a lil better but the timing dash moves back and forth from 10-5. Now Im not sure if its cause the car has big cams now, cause its loud, i know loud and this it REAL loud, Bloop bloop bloop, sounds nice tho. Now my Q is y does the timing move back and forth, cams affect it?

Other notes: No oil PSi light is on (think its a wiring thing) check engine light is on and its real vibraty, like a race car.

thanks Josh

Isn't bumping bad? Anyway, when you checked it with a timing light, did you ground the connector on the firewall? And all the timing marks on the belt are dead on right?

No I grounded it to the battery, and my timing marks are aligned, I'll ground it to the firewall to see if it makes a difference.

Thanks Josh

you have to ground out the ISC plug. On a 2g I know it is a dirt brown color hanging near the battery on the firewall. just unplug it and ground it to the battery or something else. base timing should be 5 degrees

It's real "vibratey" cause you removed the balance shaft. How big are the cams?
