Is TRE still open?

I have been trying to contact them for a few days by e-mail and phone. Not successful. Anyone have any idea if they are still in b'ness?

Try calling in between these hours. TRE can be very busy now especially since Ming has left. And Yes, they are still open.

Man I have tried to call about 20 times a day for the past 3 days. EVERY time the phone is busy, (like its off the hook). I have sent 3 e-mails and nothing back. I asked for a box to ship my tranny to them over 2 weeks ago and just got it 3 days ago. Now I need it picked up but they wont answer. This is my daily driver that is down and now I am going on week 3 and they cant even get back to me. If I dont hear something very soon I will have to send it to shep and see what I can do about the $150 I sent them for shipping. I need my car back.

They are still open and VERY busy. Their phone doesn't appear to be working lately but Jon still answers the email promptly. One thing you have to do is include EVERY message between the 2 of you when you reply to his email, if he sees RE in the subject line and nothing but your message in the body he won't even read it.

PS: TRE rocks.
