Is this transmission fixable?

I was just wondering if this transmission is worth fixing. the intermediate shaft bearing let loose and damaged the area where the race fits into the case and also chipped the teeth on the intermediate shaft. I know jacks does case welding but I don't know if the would be able to fix this. also with the chips to the intermediate shaft would I need a new shaft. thanks in advance for all of your help.

i'd send those pics right over to tre, jacks, shep...whoever you'd prefer to rebuild it if it is worth it. they'll be able to tell you if it's worth your time. if it's not im sure they'll give you some sort of credit for it.
