I spent alot of time and money shaving and powdercoating this vc and at some point the corner cracked is there any way to fix or use this?

I would say put it on your car, use plenty of that blue gasket maker (comes in blue tube *works great*) that they sell in AutoZone. Start the car and watch for leaks.

If you don't want to risk cleaning up what could turn out to be a massive oil leak, Then you might have to bite the bullet on this one. I have one from a Hyundai I'll let go for cheap if you want. I think you have to modify the cam gear cover to make it fit though (I'm too lazy to do it LOL)
 
That little bit, Heck try it the worst it will do is leak (not likley) and at that point you might be looking for another valve cover. (just put a little extra silicone in that corner)
