Is this VC fixable?

I spent alot of time and money shaving and powdercoating this vc and at some point the corner cracked is there any way to fix or use this?

I would say put it on your car, use plenty of that blue gasket maker (comes in blue tube *works great*) that they sell in AutoZone. Start the car and watch for leaks.

If you don't want to risk cleaning up what could turn out to be a massive oil leak, Then you might have to bite the bullet on this one. I have one from a Hyundai I'll let go for cheap if you want. I think you have to modify the cam gear cover to make it fit though (I'm too lazy to do it )

That little bit, Heck try it the worst it will do is leak (not likley) and at that point you might be looking for another valve cover. (just put a little extra silicone in that corner)
